Awesome app. Just a bug with the Spotify playlist not populating. Please fix

It is a complete rip off nothing works you pay 6 dollars only to find out you have to pay for every thing that your shown so Spotify you need to buy premium Spotify in order for it to work YouTube does not work does not play any of the formats and all the other features that it advertise they want you to buy individually separately to so you basically pay two times for any of these after eventually work on this app its a loop de loop stay away

I bought a youtune function but its not showing at the pioneer? Whats the problem?

I spent money on this app and bought YouTube... I want a refund or a way to contact to fix. Theres no support and a bad website!!!!!!!!!!!!

The YouTube service doesnt let me watch any video on YouTube that is VEVO .. Most music videos on YouTube are VEVO .. Update this issue and fix bugs.

Why would anyone put an app out where nothing works? I even paid for the upgrade and still nothing works.

I cant believe the poor quality of the app very hard to understand the app and very hard to use paid extra for their upgrades and still having issues. The app on my iPhone in the maps menu almost never works when you touch the screen. It also does not function with waxed or iheartradio. The "app" this works to integrate is the iPod portion of my music. Over all very poor function and integration "if any"

I spend almost $26 purchasing packages to be able to use this app I think I wasted my money doesnt work on my pioneer avh-x4700bs I hope they fix this problem so I can be able to use all the features I have purchased.

What an abomination of an app. Its like a bunch of different apps within one app but nothing displays properly, grammar is poor and each package is expensive and I wasted a lot of $. The UI is clunky and better suited for a mouse rather than a finger. Navigation package doesnt speak street names and is $6.99 and is difficult to use.

Waze is now compatible with app radio please update your app to include it

EC is yet another one of those “one-stop-shopping” apps that Pioneer head units. The app is free, but additional services have to be purchases separate and a few are available as s bundle. The thing is that most of the additional services you can live without or can be accessed via different means. Aside from the YouTube service, Pioneer’s proprietary AppRadioLIVE is a much better interface. The one thing I was rooting for was the navigation service, which allows you to download maps specific to your area then use your smartphone built in GPS to navigate offline without the need to chew up your precious data. But even that turned out to be buggy and unstable. The app doesn’t respond well when operated from the head unit; and the head-up mode is based on the physical orientation of your smartphone. So if you find yourself driving sideways on the head unit screen, you may have to reposition your phone to correct the direction the arrow is pointing. “Here” offline map navigation app is completely free, with no hidden fees or ads and offer similar features and will automatically switch to head-up mode. Too bad I can’t get a refund.

The app keeps crashing when i connect it to my car

Wont stream all of my music in spotify even though I have a subscription…Map is useless. Won’t give play by play instructions to destination. Overall no point in having this app.

It has literally only worked once and it worked for a length of 10 minutes. I bought the advanced package to be able to use all functions. Well YouTube claims that the video formats cant be played. Spotify barely works. NOW it crashes when I try to use any of the features. This thing is a real piece and I dont think you should waste your time. Unless I see an update to fix the huge amount of issues, Im getting a refund.

This is a piece of garbage. Ill never buy another Pioneer product or use their software.

The worst app ever dont get it

If I say useless I would be giving it credit. This way below useless - Im not sure who wrote the code for this app, but clearly they didnt test it. I dont recommend the pioneer radio as well as app. The worst support I have experienced!! You are better off to buy Kenwood or Sony systems ratchets than waste ur money here. Dont even think of buying YouTube or any other app for this radio I want a refund ....
