Cant restore prior purchases, no customer service, this app is crap

Keeps crashing when I try to go to spotify. I want my money back

I made the mistake of purchasing some of the in app features before reading the reviews. Paid $2.99 for ability to watch YouTube. It worked for a bit in the app but when connected to my pioneer radio there is no option to watch YouTube. The UI is clunky. I cant update the location for weather. Its a real shame, this had potential. Why does pioneer advertise this app with their products?

But pls put it in the Lincoln logo also!! I dont know about the other users but to me Everything works just perfect. The only things its little slow when I need to type on the screen.

Crashes all the time and now youtube doesnt work properly.. Playback format issues..

Maps dont let you start navigation after selecting your route. Thats the all point of navigation. Hangs a lot. Interface is too complex and not sharp. Ipod music player dont work And it ask money for each and every features.

the application states you can play videos from the device onto your unit, but they only play in the app on the phone. anything PURCHASED through iTunes plays through the native application (iOS video app). Do not spend any time on this. Just use the Apple CarPlay feature built into the unit already.

-The weather feature doesnt do automatic search

I want to give this app 5 stars but it needs to be updated. I love the fact that I can control soundcloud and spotify from the headunit and dont have to reach for my phone. I really would love to see support for Apple music in this app as well as Apple maps support. I would gladly pay $10-$20 for those features.

The YouTube feature does not work and I payed for it

So much is promised when we spend $400 on a new head unit, yet so little is delivered. Very very disappointed!!

I pay $1500 for a head unit and you cant get a decent app (that it instructs me to download) working in 2015?! Figure it out!!

Do not pay for additional functions they do not work. Youtube doesnt work, no waze, this is a rip-off. I didnt believe other reviews and spent the $ for advance. Nothing works. Apple should regulate this kind of scams. Selling something that doesnt work. I want my $ back!!!

It really was a good app until the latest version. Every time I listen to my preset radio stations it will stop 3 minutes into it. I have to connect again and it is continuos. What is going on because it is aggravating. For the other reviews I can work waze and other apps. Ensure you have downloaded app radio to use with ec touch. Especially if you are using a pioneer.

Whats going on with you guys? You dont even have an app support website. Im paying spotify because your app is showing spotify content on my car pioneer radio, I told you days ago that the app is not showing the playlist that I created when before that was possible WHATS GOING ON???
